VIMS-CCRM Coastal Management Decision Tools

The Center for Coastal Resources Management has developed a series of shoreline management decision trees that leads users through a series of questions about shoreline characteristics and results in recommendations of environmentally preferable treatment(s) for that shoreline. Similar tools are in development for dredging projects, boat ramps, and marinas.

For a more thorough explanation of the project or detailed instructions, please refer to the decision tree manuals in each section.
