Change public understanding and behavior about building in areas of erosion 4. Site public and private construction in non-erosional zones/prevent building in threatened areas

INTERMEDIATE GOAL MEASURES: Increase in amount of area inventoried for being at risk of erosion Increase in percentage of reach showing improved understanding of risks of building in areas of erosion (via survey) Decrease in number of permits for reconstruction Increase in percent of shoreline covered by management plans Decrease in number of CBPA violations Decrease in total value of infrastructure at risk
