STRATEGIC GOAL MEASURES: Decrease in number of animals with lesions Decrease in percentage of fish cultures showing toxic levels above standards Decrease in number of animals stranded/dead due to pollutants Decrease in number of fish kills	INTERMEDIATE GOAL MEASURES: Decrease in number of water quality violations Increase in number of water quality monitoring stations (meet standards) Increase in percentage of reach showing improved understanding of pollutants delivered to waterways and their effects on ecosystems (via survey)
