INTERMEDIATE GOALS:

·        Provide guidance to localities based on best available science for assessing impacts and setting up mitigation program

·        Monitor impacts from existing shoreline construction

·        Promulgate regulations regarding specific types of shoreline activities

 

STRATEGIC GOAL MEASURES:

  • Decrease in permitted impacts

INTERMEDIATE GOAL MEASURES:

·        Increase in percentage of area inventoried and classified by coastal conditions for use in permitting

·        Increase in number of research programs addressing impacts from existing shoreline construction
