STRATEGIC GOAL A Technical advice delivered to citizen and public decision makers as and when they need it to make appropriate decisions on coastal resource use	INTERMEDIATE GOALS: 1. Assess resource use for technical assistance needs 2. Provide appropriate publications, notifications, classes, etc as necessary 3. Ensure sufficient number of qualified staff available to handle technical assistance needs on a case by case basis 4. Ensure accessibility to technical advice personnel and information
