STRATEGIC GOAL C:

Effective seafood inspection program

 

INTERMEDIATE GOALS:

1.      Establish safe criteria for consumption of seafood with man-made and naturally occurring  toxics and other biohazards

2.      Conduct comprehensive and continuous monitoring of all facilities from dockside    to retail

 

STRATEGIC GOAL MEASURES:

  • Decrease in number of illnesses related to ingestion of contaminated seafood (to 0)

 

INTERMEDIATE GOAL MEASURES:

·        Increase in monitoring
