3. Identify wetlands to be acquired

4. Acquisition of wetland property

·        Increase in area of voluntary restoration/ creation

 

INTERMEDIATE GOAL MEASURES:

·        Increase in percentage of reach showing improved understanding of wetland functions and values (via survey)
