Generating rough.gr3
A group of scripts are provided under this folder (Rough3D/) for automatically generating rough.gr3. You can put the folder into your run directory, then do:
[your_run_dir]$ cd Rough3/
[your_run_dir/Rough3]$ ./auto.pl
This will make a rough.gr3 and save a copy in your run directory. You can read "auto.pl" to see what steps are involved.
* Previsouly, we have made a spatially-homogeneous manning.gr3 for the 2D setup ; alternatively, a spatially-varying manning.gr3 can be made by Rough2D, similar to Rough3D.
