Complete JPA Instructions
As part of its advisory role in providing guidance to regulatory agencies regarding environmental impacts of proposed projects, the Wetlands Staff at VIMS-CCRM has developed a tutorial for completeness of Joint Permit Applications (JPA).
Federal, State and Local regulatory agencies may require additional information before they determine that an application is complete for their purposes; however, this tutorial provides instructions on the correct material necessary to complete the JPA.
