Permits: Wetlands Discussion Forum
The Discussion Forum is structured to allow Wetlands and Chesapeake Bay Preservation Act board members and staff from across coastal Virginia to exchange questions, ideas, or general comments regarding Tidal Wetlands and Chesapeake Bay Preservation Act issues. The Forum is moderated by VIMS but is designed to be a communication tool among the different county, city, and town Wetlands and Chesapeake Bay Preservation Act boards. The Discussion Forum is an opportunity to exchange ideas and information continuously rather than waiting for a meeting. Once you begin using the Discussion Forum you will find that many of the issues your board encounters have been dealt with by other boards. Only Wetlands and Chesapeake Bay Preservation Act board members or state/county/city/town staff will be registered.
